The two bedrooms on the main floor each have a queen-sized bed with one of the bedrooms having its own master bathroom. The other downstairs bedroom is next to a full hallway bathroom. The third bedroom is an entire loft area with 3 twin beds. There is a full bathroom in the loft.
There is a recently remodeled community hot tub in the building. An additional pool and hot tub several blocks away.
A short walk to the bus stop for the free Summit County bus system. Paid laundry facilities available in the condo complex.
